"Out of the blue, my fantastic dryer broke down. Had no idea what to do so I fretfully went onto Google with the make of the machine and all the other relevant bits and went through 9-10 different options before coming across Steven and he responded just like it said on his website and he dealt with it super quickly, really knew his stuff, and the bonus is that if anything goes wrong in this flat, whatever appliance it is, we have it handled if we call Steven.
