"I think if I could I would leave a 0 star review. We took a policy put with them and were told a policy is better than a outright repair. After 5 weeks of waiting and having had 2 appointments cancelled, one engineer arrive without the required parts today we got a call to be informed there was an admin error and they cannot fix the machine at all. Yet the engineer who looked at it said 'good news, it fixable. Bad news, not today'. So my experience of this company is that they have outright lied and 5 weeks after waiting they have cancelled out plan and give us £10 compensation."
"ENGINEER DID NOT ARRIVE Had an annual service booked (months in advance) as non urgent. Communicated the night before I had an AM appointment. (8am-1pm) I phoned customer services at 12 who advise an am appointment is anytime up till 1pm. And were less than keen to make contact with engineer to check they were still planning to visit. Turns out an engineer called in sick so they wouldn’t be visiting in the allotted time, possibly around 3pm (maybe). The customer service representative, when I asked why I hadn’t been informed, said he had 300 plus calls coming in. I couldn’t see what this had to do with me and the poor service I was receiving. Its MINIMAL customer courtesy surely to keep the customers informed. I’ve waited in all day. D&G happy to take the money with ever increasing premium."

"Do not bother with this company. It took me 2 weeks to book a repair and alot of wasted hours on the phone…nobody seems to know what they are doing and everyone keeps referring the call to different departments who keep diverting it back. Worse customer service team ever. I really regret taking insurance out with them. At one point they had me hold for 3 hours just to disconnect the call. This is the worse company ever. Every department I was diverted to I had to repeat my details and even spell out my personal information, time and time again. At one point of the the team asked me how to spell bush. This is just a laughable company. What an absolute joke"
