"Very bad service , Clueless where to start from, We have moved in to flat 11 months ago and since day one the power shower has not been working and since then top maintenance sending plumber in to fix and yet not fixed, Sending in same plumber every time past 11 months and that plumber has installed new power shower so incorrectly that now it has fused off the electricity in flat and not to mention he kept part of the showers with himself , they book a day to fix the issue and cancelled it on the day and then never contact back, we have been trying to reach them and fix this issue past 11 months and they have done nothing about it. Such an incompetent staff they have. I would not recommend any one to use there service. I am renting a place so i have to go with who ever the agency sends , and they have been charging land lord the big fat price and land lord has no idea that they have been just taking an advantage of it."
