"We initially booked in with another groomer in the area but were badly let down so... in a panic... contacted Alice to help with our, rather matted, maltipoo. Alice went above and beyond to help. At first she didn't have any appointments but she suggested some other places to try which was really helpful. Thankfully, however, she had a cancellation and I'm so pleased she did! Loki came out looking wonderful (I think doodle cuts are really difficult to get right!). The team were so friendly and accommodating and the price point was just right. "Our Duffy (cavapoochon) is a nervous, anxious little thing, especially around people and dogs that she is not yet familiar with but she absolutely loved Alice and totally enjoyed getting pampered! Alice told us she was an absolute dream and didn't hear a peep out of her - we couldn't believe it when she told us.
