"Excellent parking spaces Big shopping place. It also has a pharmacy. The pharmacist was very helpful, the last but one time I visited. There is also a gas station, but no car charging points for electric cars."
"I've lived in Greenhithe for some 9 yrs now and with ASDA being the only superstore for miles I have no real option but to use it. I used to enjoy going there but now I will be voting with my feet and shopping elsewhere whenever possible. The shelves are always empty. The aisles are cluttered. Some staff are happy to help but the majority of them are miserable (I'm guessing they're fed up of how much the place has gone downhill since the pandemic) The Pharmacy is an absolute joke. Even after waiting the recommended 3 days the prescriptions are rarely done with most people having to wait a minimum 30 minutes. And to top it off their diesel costs 7p per litre more than the ASDA in Chatham. I would suggest that they either get a new manager down there or sell the place to a company that knows what they are doing. Ho hum x"
"Great store with pretty much everything you can find. A surprisingly good DIY section upstairs at the back for getting things for odd jobs. Good homeware section and overall the store is well stocked. The staff are polite and helpful at all times which is great. Only issue is when the self checkout tills are under-resourced and you're waiting up to 5 minutes to get an approval on a purchase when it gets busy at the weekend."
"Customer service is good, staff are willing to help and the environment was cleaned. The shop shelves were untidy but otherwise relaxing environment to shop. Lots of packing space available also, petrol stations on the side - reasonably priced but not sure of the quality."
"I recently visited at 11:30 pm. The carpark was closed due to overnight resurfacing of the dual carriage way. I drove round to other entrance, parked and walked in. I have now received a £70 parking fine for 'using a bus lane'. On a return visit in daylight I noticed two signs warning of fines. One high up out of a drivers sight line and one not facing oncoming traffic. The road markings for the bus stop are also worn away and not visible at night. There is no signage warning of a bus lane ahead."
