"The rooms are clean and spacious. A good place to hold meetings. Food at the hotel can be improved. We stayed for a week. The variety of food was severed. However most of the food was very bland. Also the hotel seem to be understaffed. At some point coffee machines get stuck and no staff to reset them. The hotel can improve food quality."

"I recently stayed for 5 nights as part of an international conference. My room was small, radiator didn't work and very poor service. I booked in and the following day my key stopped working. I discovered this was because reception had allocated my room to someone. My room was not serviced and the explanation was that housekeeping thought there was a changeover which made no sense at all. They had no room allocated for the new arrival which meant someone in our group had to sleep on a sofa bed for the week. The food was repetitive and lacking in flavour. The first day coffee was unavailable for breakfast for the first 45 minutes. Reception were unhelpful to the point of rudeness on arrival. We had people arriving on overnight flights and asked for early check-in and nothing was made available. They were made to feel unwelcome and exhausted"

"The hotel was lovely, and modern. The food was great although not consistent. We attended a murder mystery event, so had a table of 9 and everyone had a different size portion of meal but there were very tasty. The beds were nice but the mattresses were quite hard. Only real 2 negatives about the rooms were the cleanliness of the bathroom, and the smell of the towels and bedding, they smelt like chip fat, even the replacement towels."

"Had our wedding meal and reception here in July after being let down by another hotel after they were taken over to house asylum seekers. Communication with the planners and staff at Denham Grove was poor as could never get hold of them. The day of our wedding reception there were several things they did not honour and we complained about both on the day and after. The red carpet was not there as Apparently it had become a trip hazard that day as the corners were curling. We were meant to have tea and coffee served in cups at the table after the wedding breakfast but were told to go help ourselves at the vending machines in paper cups. The biggest let down was the evening buffet. We paid £1000 for 90 guests and were served about 60 flour baps with fillings. We served our wedding cake which was a huge 4 tiered cake and that all went as guests had nothing much else to eat. The bar was ok but many drinks not available. The evening guests couldn’t believe how much we paid for that buffet. Was an embarrassment . However despite this we had a great day with our wedding ceremony at Guildhall Windsor, the guests and DJ made our day too. We hired the DJ ourselves not the hotel . Value for money at the hotel is poor. When I finally got a reply from my complaint I was offered an afternoon tea for 2. This was insulting."
