"A good, large Tesco with reasonably good stock levels. The only reason I've dropped a star is because the trollies require pound coins to un-attach and use. I understand they probably have an issue with trollies being taken off site. However, I haven't had cash/coins on me for quite literally years. As a customer with chronic pain/fatigue disabilities, trollies ALWAYS help me in multiple ways; I use them as walking aids, they help me keep proper posture whilst shopping which causes less pain, I don't have to hold heavy baskets... so many positives, and not being able to use the trollies is a genuine, literal pain! Have also noticed far too many cars for my liking parking in disabled bays when they don't have a blue badge. Bar that, a reasonably good store!"

"As a disabled person the staff are very helpful, friendly and help to make it a nicer experience. Much nicer layout now and far easier to navigate since the change round. The self service is now easier (as a disabled person) to use and staff remain as friendly and helpful as usual. Losing the butcher was a bit of a blow because now I have to buy the prepackaged meat and sometimes it's a larger quantity than I need and don't always have room to freeze it. Overall better than it was."
