"Took my dog for a face trim(shave) and nail cut. £15 trim, £10 nails... When being charged I was asked for £35,i did question this and the reason given was that my dog couldn't have a face trim without having a bath... It doesn't state this anywhere on the website when booking. For this reason I am giving 2 stars. Good groom but should advertise that the dog needs to have a bath if having face trim"
