"Top level service. Stayed here a few times and it has always been a great experience. Last night I couldn't get in so stayed else where in the town, however we went to The Coleshill for dinner. We had a pint and a steak. My friends steak was perfect, mine was a little under cooked and not the best cut to be honest. When the waitress checked back I explained it was a little under cooked and she was polite and offered to get another to which I said I was happy to plough on with what I had, the second half of the steak was very poor, but sometimes this happens and I accepted it as one of those things, We finish the rest of our food and beer then left. 100 years along the footpath the waitress came running out saying that the steak was clearly not great and handed me a cash refund!! I offered half back to put in their jar but she insisted I keep it. What a fantastic level of customer service and to go out of her way to apologise and get the refund to me was a great credit to her, and to The Coleshill. This level of service is unusual now days and should not go unnoticed. Well done to the Waitress and you are a star. Thank you."

"We booked the full hotel for our wedding accommodation and Debbie was fantastic! From the start she was great at communicating all the info, helped us get a good deal and was very thoughtful about which rooms to put our guests (regarding mobility etc). The staff on the day were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble - also very good breakfast! Particular flag at being so accommodating in letting us check in/collect keys early so our guests didn't need to leave our wedding half way through - would recommend!"
