"Dreadful management. I reserved a room and I can only assume it was given away as I was send away because I was checking in too late. The manager owner could not even be bothered to come and talk, but left it to his poor staff to deal with. No winder it is always quiet."
"a room booked to arrive late at night. On arrival at 3am our key to our room didn't work and we were stuck in a lobby with a 2 year old and 2 month old. We rang the emergency contact number several times which rang out and ended up leaving with two children under 3 to stay elsewhere. Had no apology from the hotel or any contact."
"Stayed for 3 nights and the courteous staff made my experience all the more beautiful. The rooms are spacious and quite lovely. It was well maintained and the rooms were clean. I quite liked the friendly faces at the reception as you walk about the hotel. The food was quite good; I had the beef steak and it was perfection. The service was very good and I felt very relaxed while I stayed here. Would recommend for a relaxed stay and friendly faces all around."
"Room was spacious, with a lovely large comfortable bed. Plenty of space and hot water in bathroom. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff especially Paula and Aaron from reception were exceptional. The hotel is being upgraded, so any maintenance issues are being addressed. We personally had a very enjoyable stay. Free carpark and great base for exploring the local area."
