"Louise is absolutely lovely, and has done our two cavaliers twice now - both times beautifully trimmed, soft, smelling gorgeous; she has excellent attention to detail (especially as we know we are fussy customers!) You can tell she really cares about the dogs, and her customer service is tip top I have one dog far more nervous than the other and he’s really comfortable with Louise, was pleased to see her again, and was not in a rush to leave when I collected them. "A fantastic value for money option for your dog grooming needs. We have a miniature wire haired dachshund who requires handstripping rather than a buzz or scissor cut. Its more time consuming but Louise does a fantastic job and sets a fair price for the time (and patience) it takes. Jarvis (our dog) enjoys his time there and always has a waggy tail when ever we come back."
"Louise is fantastic with Rosie, keeps her calm and I've never known Rosie to look forward to a clip but she bounds into her parlour. There's only 1 dog there at a time which helps Rosie so much. The grooming parlour is always immaculate and Rosie comes out feeling and certainly looking a million dollars! We have tried many groomers but none have the patience & kindness Louise has.
