"The greeting was lovely, but it went downhill from there. I said to tidy up my dogs face and take his body down to base coat, which neither was done. My dog is 7yrs old and this is the worse cut he has ever had. Normally they show the dog and then say is that ok, before payment. I had to pay before I seen my dog, which now I'm wondering if a lot of people didn't want to pay when they seen their dog. My daughter looked after my dog later and didn't even know he had been to the groomers??? Will not be returning, can do a better job with my scissors!!!"
