"Very well appointed 4 bedroom property which suited our 7 adult 2 infant family well. 2 bedrooms have windows which overlook the side and rear of the property 2 bedrooms & bathroom have velux windows to provide light. The host provided a welcome pack which included a bottle of prosecco (thank you) and a useful information pack on the surrounding area. The property was very clean and warm (handy for our visit in January). There is a hot tub which we did not use but was cleaned for us during our stay. Over all a nice place to stay and I would return if we were staying near Leamington again."
"Had a lovely stay for 4 nights, very well equipped spotlessly clean. Very good communication received from the owners. We stayed with small children and were offered additional high chair which was very useful. Very nice hot tub which was checked dailey and fully cleaned and emptied before use by the next guests. Highly recommended"
"The fabulous house has everything you need and more. We stay here to attend a wedding in Warwick House. It's in a great location and a short walk to the village where the locals are friendly and the food is nice. The house itself is spacious and clean. The hot tub is to die for and the owners are lovely. Its an absolute must!!!! X"
