They make the effort to get to know each dog, and each owner. They do everything they say they will, and more. They collect, walk, entertain, train, care for, dry off, remove the mud and fox poo, take to the vet if necessary, return safety and report back. I trust them to look after Lily and know they respect my home and maintain confidentiality. Each member of the team is properly qualified and trained to look after the dogs in their care. Their cars are properly equipped to carry dogs and well maintained. They take the dogs to safe places where they can run around and play.
