"Great location. Reasonable rates. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bedsheets had some holes (Rm 114) Poor TV reception made watching frustrating. All in all was able to have a good night's sleep..."
"Perfectly happy with our visit here. We chose this location as they allowed dogs. The room were clean and spacious. Location close to town centre. Only dropped a star as the corridor was quite noisy at night when people were returning to their rooms. Sounds in hallway sounded like they were in your room. Overall good experience"
"As budget hotels go this is up there with the best. Great, clean, well appointed rooms and very helpful and friendly staff, particularly the receptionist who I believe may have been the manager. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The hotel is also in a great location with an indoor shopping mall literally across the road and an excellent high street only a few minutes away. All in all a great place to stay. Highly recommended."
"Rooms were alright - you get what you pay for. The overwhelming smell of cannabis throughout the reception area and hallways was really off-putting. The man at the desk came out to check us in wearing a big jacket with his hood up and didn't really speak much, which wasn't that welcoming."
"The best thing about this hotel is that the bed is comfortable. Staff don't acknowledge you, rooms aren't finished and have been poorly maintained and I've been up since 5am because the tramp who lives over the road in a tent is deciding to throw things, shout and move house. The town is a dive so make sure you take something to protect yourself when venturing out"
