"Dexter has been going to Pawtopia twice a week for the last few weeks. He’s always happy going in & all the other dogs look happy & content too. He comes home content and very tired from playing all day. The facilities are well thought out and kept in great condition. "Unfortunately my experience wasn’t great here. I know that people that have written negative reviews have received arguments from the business owner, which I think says a lot in itself, however after speaking to someone who had a similar experience I wanted to be honest about my own experience with my dog at Pawtopia. I think this daycare is great for dogs who are easy from the get go or generally require little looking after to be in a large group setting but if your dog requires settling in time and individual care or takes a day or two to get comfortable in new surroundings then this may not be the right place for them and there are other locations in the area that offer to work on each dog’s individual needs in a more personal way. I personally received a call after less than 1 hour to say my dog was crying on arriving on his first day and they wouldn’t have him anymore. So, not a criticism, but I think the suitability of this daycare totally depends on what type of dog you have."
