"I left my small dog there, only 2 months old, he been kept in a warm light when outside was -6°C in a place without doors . When I take my dog back home he felt really depressed, his fur was completely burn from that light plus every time when I gone to see him he was shaking and the stuff told me he's doing that because he's excited, but was all a lie , he shaked from cold!!! I think that place needs an inspection because the way how they keep the dogs is unexpected!! In a winter time with - degree outside u cannot keep an animal in a place without doors!!! Great that u took your money from me and another ppl and u give to our pets the lowest possible conditions!!!"

"Left my dog with them for 10 days, expressed my concern as my dog is nervous and was reassured. The staff I dealt with were helpful and friendly. I emailed for an update whilst I was on holiday and was told all was ok. When I collected I was my dog was very naughty during his stay and a bit bitey (this would have been as he was scared). This made me feel terrible in itself but then when home we realised he had worms and then a week later we noticed he had also got fleas there. It took him a good 2 weeks to get over the extreme nervousness and calm back into being home."

"Had really mixed feeling about this place, as one of the staff (think his name was Daniel) was amazing and went above and beyond honestly was lovely. Where the other staff member was very cold and offish towards me. Wouldn’t send me any photos of my dogs over the weekend and it was my first time leaving them!. Any time I phoned made me feel like I was doing something wrong. My dog come home with a massive ear infection and he would have been in some pain so when I was calling this should have been mentioned instead of rushing me of the phone. The man who dropped them home seemed super friendly and nice. I had mixed emotions writing a review for this place as some of the staff was so helpful but the other man made my mind up I would not be returning to this establishment. I only wanted a bit of reassurance my fur babies was ok! Has put me off leaving them in the future with anyone."

"A very friendly family run company, with good value for money and plenty of outdoor space for my dog to run around. My dog is very energetic and when collecting him I was struggling to walk whilst also carrying my luggage with me. The Managing Director was kind enough to offer me a lift, which was a life saver, and also gave me a replacement leash when the one I had broke. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be using them again!"
