"After 3 years of excellent service by Park Insurance I was lured away by the competition. My mistake! The next two months my new company requested more back up documentation requiring multiple emails and long spells on hold with them. Galal at Park Insurance came to my rescue on two occasions and again last Friday, Sarah at 10 minutes to 5 went above and beyond to have documents emailed to me from my former insurer.
