"Fantastic service, booked me in same day to replace my brake pads and even changed my brake light free of charge. Highly recommend!"
"I was told my car failed on the phone and given a quote for over 400quid to fix it when the most of that was "diagnostics and recalibration " for something that wasn't even on the MOT advisories let alone anything that would fail it. When I checked on the government website, my car had passed and the only minor thing was a light that I Needed to fix which I wasn't told about. I went and picked up my car, paid the obligatory mot fee and discussed it with the manager who then gave me a number of lies that contradicted each other. I was civil and even toned, but i refuse to whisper like he did because there was another client in the waiting room. If he could have explained it all, then there would be no reason to whisper and hide anything. Telling me that you've done me a favour and falsified a legal document that is to do with the safety of everyone... Not just myself, is not a favour at all. It was just a lie to cover over a previous lie, but if they did do that, would they go to any legal proceedings for a driver who had caused a fatality in an accident and admit their part to play in passing unsafe vehicles? I seriously doubt it."
"Took my Transit in for a new clutch a few weeks ago and was quoted £450 with a one day turnaround. In the end it took 5 days, and after paying and driving home discovered they had crushed the entire near side sill by lifting it wrongly on a scissor lift rather than a four post lift. Went back and they insisted it was "corrosion". Several trips back and forth and they paid me £500 'compensation' and that should have been that. BUT, the clutch has since gone again, and it turns out the issue was actually the slave cylinder and master cylinder which I have got another specialist gearbox garage to do for me, who have now informed me that the Autoserv 'mechanic' who fitted the new clutch has completely destroyed the spigot bearing, total cost to put right £690 + VAT. Add to that the £850 to put the welding right, and the £750 it cost for the clutch kit, and fitting, I am currently £2428 out of pocket, minus the £500 I managed to get back from Mark at Autoserv. £2428 to fit a clutch in a Ford Transit because Autoserv are completely incompetent, and not only that, dishonest. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE."
"I am very pleased with the service. Quickly, efficiently, after two hours my car was made just as Mark had promised. I have never used this workshop before but I checked the reviews and from my own experience I know they deserve 5 stars. They have just gained a new client."
"After our car broke down, Mark, Jin and the team went above and beyond to get us back on the road. The service was friendly, prompt, reliable and good quality. This was our first experience of the garage and we will definitely be using their services again. I cannot recommend them enough!"
