"I changed my vehicle and bought a Groupon for a MOT and Service. I took my new vehicle in to book it and said I was pleased with the previous service work they had done on my old car. They then refused to accept the Groupon saying that as I was a previous customer and so did not qualify. I tried to say that this was a new car and that it had not been to them before but whoever I spoke to was adamant that they would not honour it. I had a wasted journey and had to find another garage to do the MOT and service... Bad business sense as now there's no point in me travelling here to have any future work done."
"I took my well kept 11 year old car there at 8:30 in the morning with somebody who dealt with me courteously. Although to me there is nothing wrong with the car I expected they might find something so that they could charge me more. At 11:00 I had a message left on my phone saying that it had passed with flying colours and with no advisories. When I picked it up I was dealt with by someone else who again was very pleasant and polite. Seem like a very honest auto centre and I will recommend them and will use them again. P.S. I don't usually write reviews so it must have been pretty good."
