"I've used this garage for the last few years . Had no real complaints, reasonable to talk to ."
"Had been having my cars serviced there for 3 years and things were fine. Quite efficient A small noise was coming from the clutch a few months ago and i booked it in. The garage said it needs a master cylinder and may take 1 to 4 weeks to arrive .4 weeks passed and no word from my garage so i asked. Eventually the cylinder arrived and i took it in to be fitted. At the end of the day no word so i phoned. The guy Jamie said they were struggling and the job was too much hard work. They would prefer not to do the work I picked the car up and Jamie sheepish handed me the keys with no apology whatsoever. Har been car.less for.6.weeks at that stage."

The car was fully serviced and MOT'd (included in the cost of the car) before I bought it. I noticed an issue with a sinking window a few weeks later but it was fixed quickly and with no charge!
