"Abysmal. I had an MOT done here took the car out straight after and the wheel nuts were completely loose. Luckily i only went down the road. If i was on the motorway my wheel would have come off. I complained and they havent bothered responding after 4 months. Gave a while as they said the boss had covid but nothing. Couldnt care less that they endangered me and my family."

"Went to Bath Street Motors in Staple Hill for my first ever MOT. Knew the car was going to fail and had prepared myself for extortionate pricing. However, I was surprised at how honest Mark and Jason were. Everything was explained to me fully and they were honest about how much it was going to cost and why - no hidden surprises and no 'ripping off'. They even had to source extra car parts for me as these parts are no longer made due to the age of the vehicle and I wasn't charged extra other than the price of the part. About a week after I received my car back, one of the windscreen wipers stopped working and Jason repaired it for free. I will be returning for many years to come and would recommend working with Mark and Jason to anyone."
