"I was initially disappointed with these vets, I've been using them for 15 years now and it used to be the best vets for miles when it was just Guy, but now they seem to have expanded and the customer care no longer exists. Initially was upset with the front office staff as I was quoted 2 different prices for the same product on two different calls, plus told I had an outstanding balance which I didn't.
