"In complete contrast the Locum Vet I saw in this branch was appalling and she must be expecting me to write a bad review. Why you may ask? Firstly I came with a very sick looking, frail, thin cat in a carrier, she spend at least half of the appt in what felt like an interogation on front of her computer. Finally when I asked if she had any intentions of actually looking at my cat she became all ' corporate,' saying she sensed some negative tones. Yes indeed I wanted her to look at the very sick cat which I was upset at watching her in pain. . It was like getting blood out of a stone, asking her for some diagnosis. The best I got was that they would have to do blood test and she was more worried about telling me the cost and almost blaming me for not having brought her their before, (she has been a happy home deaf cat for years with no problems) something she did not quite understand.. No interest in my poor cat. Guess what she died last night ...and I don't have clue why. So thanks Ms Locum Vet, you didn't even think to help my cat or Indeed offer a half decent level of customer service. Sure it won't take this surgery long to work out when my appt was last week. If indeed they care about their animals....or just the money?!"

"We cannot express how grateful we are for the amazing service received from the Ickenham branch. Our lovely dog was an old boy when we moved from a vet in Hillingdon last year (had an awful experience) and we were made to feel very very welcome. Our only regret is that we didn't move over sooner! The vets are honest, passionate, sensitive and understanding. And, we cannot speak highly enough of Dawn & Alison, they are so kind, always making a fuss of our poorly dog and we knew when the sad day arrived last week we were in the best hands. I have to especially thank Dawn and Allison, who have always been so kind and helpful, giving me advice over the phone and being friendly and supportive at the clinic itself.
