"Absolute joke of a company! We bought an ornament intended for aquatic use, We washed it with water and added it into the tank. A few days later we added new fish as this tank was a new setup, the next day all the fish were dead, in trying to work out what went wrong we released that the ornament which was made is resin had a really strong chemical. Also we now have what appears to be a swirly residue on the surface of the water. I am being told that these ornaments are made with ‘resin which is non-toxic the surface is not painted with anything at all and is suitable for aquarium use’ This is not true! I spoke with the rude owner / MD today and cannot believe that he runs a pet supplies business! Avoid this company at all cost"
