"I visited jollies at 12:50 and left at 1:40 due to the poor service and lack of communication of the colleagues. I only went in to purchase 4 shrimp and 6 lampeyes and somehow the employees where not trained to bag up fish for customers. The young lad was trying his hardest but had to ask for assistance from another colleague which is understandable but when the colleague arrived this became a very traumatic experience for me and I’m hoping my fish survive as the colleague dropped one on the floor. She didn’t even apologise she just tried to hide it and shoved it in the bag. The lady serving us at the front desk ( Sophie p) was very arrogant and rude and did not seem to care that we had been waiting for so long and then she left us at the till unsupervised for another 10 minutes in which I could of just left the store. Definitely would not recommend the shop as most staff had no manners and are incompetent to do the job. The young lad was helpful but this was still an awful experience in this store. If I could give this review 0 stars I would as it was absolutely shocking. Please don’t shop here if you’re in a rush."
