"Had a horrid experience in the Leicester store. Returned a faulty product with the 30 day limit and asked for a refund. Fault was intermittent and because the staff in store couldn’t get the fault to occur after 2 mins of testing they refused to refund. I had to sit on the counter to eventually leave with a store credit which really is useless to me. Avoid this company. The after care is not very good."

"Thank you to Gaynor (and the store manager) for being so genuinely lovely when I popped in to the store earlier today with my daughter (Louisa Faye Marie). Gaynor, you clearly have a fantastic way with children. You could tell, just by the way you spoke to her and got her to sign my receipt for something I'd ordered online, noticing she had two middle names and asking her what her full name was. She's only 8, but you spoke to her at her level, and made her feel very welcome in the shop. This is how all shop assistants should be x"
"Nice looking store, they have a good range of products, however its a shame their anime range is limited. Prices are ok for what you are buying, I reckon you might be paying for the novelty aspect of the product more than the quality of it. Staff seem friendly, the music is usually loud but you can still converse to other people."
