"Very large and well stocked Currys store located in the Fosse park retail park, lots of parking available and easy access from the M69 but can get very busy at the weekends. There is everything you could possibly want gadget wise, just be careful of being sold unnecessarily expensive extras like breakdown cover and pricey HDMI cables, financing options are also available."

"Currys superstore much like any other i guess. Located in the Fosse Park shopping park. You can pretty much get most electrical and home appliances here. Its big and on 2 floors. Plenty of parking on the door step. I have to say service was somewhat lacking the day we went. We were looking to buy a new hob and oven. I wanted some advice. But had to wait around 10 minutes before I was seen to. Even then I actually spoke to 2 other members of staff before I actually managed to get my questions answered. Although the lady who served me was very good and knowledgeable. Usually you would walk into the place and you would be approached by at least 3-4 people. Sign of the times I guess. It was a Saturday when we went so it was fairly busy. Being a large store, the main entrance is located on the ground floor so easy to access to disabled people or people with a wheelchair. There is also a lift to get to the 1st floor."

"So, I spent a lot of money here on a new PC. The service was friendly but I got the feeling I was pushed to buying what they had a lot of in stock as opposed to really listening to what I needed. The pushy selling of additional warranties and virus protection etc was tiring and I was losing the will by the end and ended up paying for stuff just to get out after several hours waiting for various things. They arranged a 'Setup call' for the morning but I had to ring them when noone called. Kevin who I eventually spoke to however was exceptionally helpful."

"We were disappointed about after sale customer service because it seemed that no one cares... We needed help and advice regarding the computer repair which was bought in autumn 2021, and a bit of water dropped on it. However, we did not get any advice or help."

"This store has all household electric products you need; kettles, toasts, fridges, freezers, hoovers, cookers, PCs, laptops, hairdryers, cameras, irons, camcorders, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, mobile phones, printers, fans, coolers, headphones, coffee machines, microwaves, and more.... It provides hand sanitizers at many spots in store for customers to use, all staff wear masks, screens at main checkout. The store is very big, no problem with social distancing. 2 floors, a lift is available. As it’s in fosse park shopping centre, plenty of free parking (unsure if it’s only 2 hours) free disabled parking and Click & Collect parking. Everything seems good, unfortunately staff’s attitude is not! Not very friendly & not keen to help. I hope it’s only because of Covid, so staff try to keep distance???!!"
