John Bettinson was a joy to deal with, he came round and did a thorough survey of the space. Along the way there were many changes that Bettinsons were happy to accommodate and any cost implications were communicated promptly so there were no nasty surprises at the end. John actually saved us money by suggesting an alternative layout so saving us the cost of having a window altered. John's team were fabulous.
