"If I could give this company zero stars I would, they took the order, gave me a delivery date and the item was not delivered from the supplier. I then contacted them and they gave me another delivery date, this time the incorrect item was delivered. So having waited in 2 days I still didn’t have the item I ordered. After contacting Banyo again, I am told the supplier can’t find the item, so they are going to cancel my order. They made no attempt to try and source this from another supplier. So beware when ordering anything from them they’ll take your money, and won’t deliver the goods. I’ve now been told I’ll have to wait 2-5 days for the money to come back into my account."
