"Cannot fault this company. Saw a beautiful coffee table for the most amazing and affordable price (which is helpful in this climate!) and free delivery. "Initial service was good, Ady at the shop was brilliant. We reported an issue with our washing machine and told them what days we work but could make sure somebody was in to let them carry out repairs. They have failed to do so on a couple of occasions and have now taken the decision not to give us a refund (only a month into the warranty period) because its the retailers decision not to after 14 days. Absolutely shocking. If my details get put on here, I will pursue legal advice for breaking data protection laws on numerous occasions. Poor customer service and aftercare."
