"Last year had a lot of work done here for my MOT, including replacement anti roll bar drop links. This year after only 2,000 miles my car fails it's MOT due to one of the same links. I was obviously very surprised seeing as I just had them done by this place so took it to another reputable trusted garage, stuck it on the ramp, took the wheel off and turns out this place had completely bodged it, causing it too rub badly against the the brake line and strut. A blind monkey could see it's not right. Not just shoddy work but highly dangerous. If I had driven it more it would have eventually cut the brake line in half while driving. I've attached a picture of the drop link just as we were taking it off."
"Took my driving school car in for it's first service booked through my lease company, I called to request a waiting appointment so I could get back to lessons ASAP, Dropped the car at 8:30am and chap said he would start it straight away and would be 1.5 hours wandered back a little earlier than that as had ran out of things to do and as I did my car was just coming off the ramp. Having worked in the motor trade previously for most of my working life I know how hard it is to make and keep customers happy, but I was really impressed with the service Thank you"
