"Most of the staff are very helpful and reliable. Unfortunately, there is one member of staff that was unbelievably rude. He not only treated me with no respect at all but was driving my car with one hand as he took a phone call with the other. He also said that he would fail my mot if I didn’t book in to fix the advisory the next day. This is not the point of an advisory. I felt that I would have received better service if I wasn’t a young woman."
