Their solicitor was absolutely unprofessional on a number of accounts, including: * Continuously misgendering me * Making me feel bad for the crime of being too poor to afford a lawyer * Making inappropriate references to my private medical information I would avoid like the plague, especially for any issues involving equality or diversity issues, as they are clearly too privileged to understand or care about these issues.
