"Although they never answered my numerous phone calls, they were open for my Legalization application and dealt with it efficiently. What you need to take are the original apostled docs with photocopies. Colour passport photocopy for owner of docs. Your passport and colour photocopy if you are doing this for someone else. They give you the form to complete as the current online form is now defunct."
