"I would like to Thank the staff at the Consulate General of India in the Edinburgh Office.Especially Mr Asif Sayeed for helping me to get my PCC and Passport In Time, at the emergency situation."
"Very helpful staff, when I realised that I couldn't get my visa in time for my flight they kindly made an emergency appointment for me. A big thank you to them."
"Hello, I was running short of time to renew my visa and had to renew my Indian passport at the same time..On the application form, there is an option for TATKAL booking. But, while booking appointment you will not get TATKAL option. It's pretty confusing. I had travelled from Manchester to Edinburgh but was not disappointed with the service.Kudos to the VFS staff who reminded me an option to write letter to consulate general and email at the same time while submitting applications.I was told wait times of 5-6 weeks.I was happy with the service to Mr Satya veer Singh. there is no need to tweet on social media/tag someone on twitter or FB. It was swift service and I got me new passport in under 2 weeks.I had passport verification at my local police station which is surprising but all went well.Thank you sir for restoring faith in us and upholding the values and I am proud as an Indian staying in foreign country that this is possible.Long review but it will serve as hope and maintain faith in others."
"We had a very last minute requirement to go to India on business and needed to get a Visa with very little time. Mr Satya Veer Singh at the Consulate General of India was a huge help in organising an appointment with the VFS team on our behalf, ensuring that the Visas were processed correctly and that we received them in time. Mr Singh was very prompt in replying to requests and always patient and helpful - I cannot praise him highly enough. Thank you to the rest of the team as well who helped process our request as quickly as possible."
