"No appointments available up to 3 months from now and when you reach out to their staff via call or email, they are straight up rude! told them I need an airport transit visa for a flight I have booked and their answer was to "just get a direct flight". This is plain rude and inconsiderate since there aren't any direct flights from the UK to my country. Do not recommend at all. Embassies should figure out a different way to apply for visas and get rid of these third-party companies with their rude staff."
