"Avoid! Worst customer service! I tried to book an appointment, the reception lady asked me to process the full payment up front over the phone by spelling my credit card details, which is totally unsafe. When I provided them, she called me back and said that the payment was declined and we would need to go through it again. It declined the second time as well (My card did not have any issues and had the sufficient funds). When I asked if it would be possible for me to pay at the day of the appointment, she refused and suggested me to come over and make the payment on the same day. They close at 5:30pm (Monday), I said that I work until 5pm and will come straight away to make the payment. I was in a big rush, trying to get there on time and when I arrived at 5:20 a young lady opened the door, clearly not happy to see me, said that they have already turned off the computer and could not help me, having already packed their stuff at the door and look forward to leave. I asked why not since they supposed to close at 5:30 and asked them to turn on the computer as it was still their working time. The reception lady was rude and refused me, saying that there is nothing they could do! Obviously I cancelled the appointment and left. This is totally unacceptable and there is a HUGE lack of professionalism. The owner/manager should really implement some adjustments in regards of the customer service, which is very poor. Until then, not recommended."
