"Just had the worst experience with Jackie here. She is unbelievably rude and obnoxious. She also lies - a-lot! Apparently my childcare isn’t her problem and then made my kids and wife (who also had an appointment) wait outside in the pouring rain. She also accused me of manipulating her into letting them back in! This person is unstable and not capable of running a business and dealing with people."

"The dentist Kevin is absolutely fantastic! The reception team are amazing, friendly and polite but the Manager Jackie is the worst thing to happen to that place, she is rude, called patients untruthful and claims they are abusive when they are just correcting her misinformation. She is drunk with power and strikes you off the record for nothing when she is in a mood. She clearly hates her job, you’ll see/hear it when you go in."
