"Had a Snoring Device prepped and fitted in 2020. Unfortunately between Christmas and New Year 2022, the device failed. I contacted the practice and the service I received was exceptional and went above and beyond. As it had been over 2 years I only expected some advice via email and to be told a new device was required (over £1k). However, to my surprise, I was asked to return the device for repair. I sent the device to the practice and it was repaired on the same day they received it as the dentist proactively ordered the part required. Not only that but the device was posted back to me with absolutely no charge to myself. Thank you to all at the practice involved, particularly Derek. Greatly appreciated! Cannot recommend enough."
