"Had treatment done here today and absolutely cannot recommend this practice or staff enough. From the minute you walk in the door you really feel welcome and relaxed. All the staff you speak to are so lovely and as an extremely anxious patient, I appreciated that the most. Dr Carol Tait really is outstanding. She knew I was nervous so reassured me every step of the way and explained everything as she was doing it. She's very professional but also has a really warm personality which helps calm your nerves.
