"I came to Haymarket Dental looking for composite bonding done as I was unhappy with the appearance of my teeth. I was so cautious about wanting the perfect smile, but in the most natural way possible. Dr Kiki Norman has given me an even better result than I was expecting. From the get go she really understood and listened to what I was hoping to achieve. I was quite nervous at first for the treatment but she really put me at ease, alongside her lovely dental nurse Emma. Throughout the whole procedure she checked in with me ensuring I was happy with all the steps. Every stage was done with great detail and consideration, with all questions or concerns answered to the fullest extent. The surgery has a lovely atmosphere to relax in whilst undergoing the treatment and really makes you feel comfortable. "I have been with Haymarket Dental for a number of years and have received great service and treatment from all the staff. In the past year I decided to seek treatment to straighten my teeth using invisalign. I am nearly finished this treatment and I am delighted with the result – Kiki has been brilliant throughout the process. Separately, my bridge (which was fitted several years before I moved to Haymarket Dental) fell out – nothing to do with the invisaglign it was just unfortunate timing. I attended the surgery to discuss my options as I had a gap in my upper jaw because of the bridge failing. It was recommended I have implants, I also historically had a gap on the other side of my mouth, I met with Andrew who explained the process clearly and thoroughly and more importantly reassured me that he could achieve a great result by doing implants on both sides of my mouth. I did feel nervous about my surgery, the thought of having implants is daunting but I had complete confidence in Andrew. My surgery went well, I experienced no pain, my face was swollen and tender which was to be expected but this was managed by painkillers, Andrew also checked in with me later on in the day (after surgery) to check I was doing ok. In the past week I have had my teeth (crowns) fitted and I am delighted with the result, my teeth and smile look natural and they feel great. Overall, I would highly recommend Haymarket Dental and the team, I have received the best care and I am amazed at the results achieved. My only regret is not having implants and invisalign sooner as it has honestly been nothing but a positive experience and I feel so much more confident about my smile."

"After an old crown became badly infected, I went to Haymarket Dental for removal of the crown and replacement with an implant. The team at Haymarket Dental were always forthcoming and honest with details on the work required, the price and timelines. The work itself was pain free while sitting in the chair and much less painful than other dental work I've had in the past. They made sure that I was always briefed on how to look after my teeth during the healing process. Likewise, the work done was of very high quality and the team ensured that there would always be follow ups to assess how the work was settling in. "I have been a patient at Haymarket Dental for a number of years with a really thorough and kind dentist, Dr Anastasia Gravou. Prior to lockdown, I was seen by Dr Kiki Norman for a cosmetic consultation after seeing posts on an Instagram page and from the process of making my initial appointment with the helpful receptionists to my appointment with Kiki, it was a fantastic experience. The practice is modern, clean and runs efficiently. The surgeries are inviting and I was made to feel very welcome. After my consultation, I enquired about a dental implant, after losing a tooth to injury a while ago. I was advised to make an appointment with Dr Andrew Norman. I attended this appointment a few weeks after my initial appointment and was welcomed a second time by the staff. Within 24 hours of this appointment, I had a full detailed plan of my procedure, with costs and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised at the cost. I have now had my implant placed, Dr Norman booked out the day to attend to me and this made the procedure much more relaxed. The appointment didn't feel rushed and the treatment wasn't as bad as I had feared. I am thrilled at being able to smile again confidently and now only wish I had done it sooner.
