"I have been a patient of this practice since before it changed from Lubiju. I've had adequate dental care for a number of years from this place, but recently there have been a number of issues that have got me so frustrated that I found another dental practice that is significantly better than this place. Some of the issues I've had here: - My main dentist left and was never informed. The practice has also changed brand/name/management about 3 times since I've been a patient. - Keep getting told from my dentist that they have referred me to the dental hospital - however have been waiting 4 months for nothing with painful wisdom teeth, hospital phones me and tells me the dentist has only just referred me after 4 months. - Dentist seems to dissuade private treatment. Why?? It's more money for you. - Having been to another dentist to get another opinion, I can tell you that the level of care/information you get from this place is very sub standard compared to past levels. - Receptionists are often quite rude when phoning up for an appointment. Shame to say I used to like this place, however think it will be the last time I go back here."
