"This is the 3rd My Dentist, Dentist, I have had work done by, they seem to have an issue with quality and then dealing with complaints. This occasion I had a 2 week wait to get the remedial work completed. The work was only completed because I made a complaint. This was also a traumatic experience as the complainant was rubbished and then I was caused unnecessary pain and discomfort whilst the dentist in question completed the work. Then without any other communication from the practice I was sent a letter from the practice notifying me I had been deregistered, yet the complaint was never satisfied. Do not recommend."
"The dentist (an Indian women) was so rude, she hurt my cousin so badly and because she didn't speak English and needed a trabslator she got angry and started to be really rude and going in a hurry. We will never take an appointment here again. We deserve to be treated with compassion and as human beings not just as a number that make money."
