"Myself and my partner got our 2 kittens and registered with The Gatehouse, on our very first arrival to the vets we were greeted with the most warm welcome I think I've ever experienced. The waiting area was spacious and clean. We have had the very same experienced every time we have been there and even when we have spoken to the reception on the phone. Unfortunately myself and my partner don't have a car and inevitably had to register somewhere where a lot closer to us. I would always recommend this vets to anyone especially if you have the means to get there. You won't regret it they also provide the pet plan which I always think is worth the money in the long run. I don't have anything bad to say at all the only thing that's difficult is that the actual surgery is located in Rossett. However if you can drive this most likely won't be a problem. We were so gutted to have to leave them and even with this in mind they were so lovely about the whole thing. You won't find a better vets."

"Excellent vets for all routine care and very friendly, welcoming staff. I really like this practice which is close to where I live, but because of their small premises there is one drawback. If your pet needs to be sedated before treatment, they cannot help. They have no room for a recovery area, to look after your pet as it comes round. I had to drive my cat to their sister surgery at Lavister."
