"An absolutely wonderful place to stay. Bearing in mind this is a hostel not a hotel. Lovely comfortable private room with en suite. Very clean. Very basic furnishings in the room but the social areas were well furnished and comfortable. Plenty of space. Self catering kitchen was fantastic, microwaves and toaster, crockery, cutlery and fridges available to use. Hot food and drink, both alcoholic and non alcoholic, also tea and coffee. Hot food sold through the reception/bar. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. We were made to feel very welcome. No tv but pool table and table football in games room along with books and jigsaws. Will definitely stay again."

"Nice staff, beautiful views and nice nature however there are multiple bugs and spiders in the children's rooms, which they have a fear of. There is no WiFi in the rooms and the rooms look mediocre and aren't the cleanest."
"Location is perfect. The gardens are huge and really nice to walk through. The rooms were sort of small so I would only recommend staying for less than a week though. The service was okay too. Staff were friendly and welcoming. You can get drinks and snacks from the lounge although they were a bit expensive. The best part of the hotel is definitely the gardens though."
