Welcome to Pāpāmoa Athletic Club, located at 78 Alice Lane in Papamoa, New Zealand. As an establishment and point of interest, our club aims to create an inclusive community that promotes fun and the development of athletics skills for kids.

Our athletics season runs every Wednesday evening during Term 4 and Term 1 of each year. The upcoming season will begin on Wednesday, October 18, 2023. You can find us at Gordon Spratt Reserve, situated on the front field at the corner of Alice Lane and Parton Road in Papamoa.

Registration for the next season will open on September 1, 2023. More information about registration can be found on our website at [registration link].

Our club nights are structured to cater to different age groups. The Mini Club is designed for 3-4 year old athletes and runs from 5:00pm to 5:30pm. The Junior Club is for 5-6 year old athletes and runs from 5:30pm to 6:15pm. The Youth Club is open to athletes aged 7 and above and runs from 5:30pm to 6:45pm.

Participation in our club nights is open to athletes between the ages of 3 and 14. Athletes will be grouped based on their age as of December 31, 2023.

We rely on the support of volunteers to run our club nights successfully. Parents are expected to stay and assist their children and coaches during the sessions. Your involvement is crucial to the smooth operation of our club nights and can be a rewarding experience for both you and your child. The more parent help we have, the lighter the duties for everyone.

During the season, we have a program in place that combines various activities and exercises to enhance athletic skills and provide a well-rounded experience for our athletes.

On club nights, it is required for children to wear a Pāpāmoa Athletic Club T-shirt or singlet, which can be purchased at our shed on club nights. Plain black shorts can be worn with the club T-shirt.
