Welcome to Child’s Wonder Learning Centre, a beautiful privately-owned daycare located in the heart of Papamoa, New Zealand. Our center is designed to provide a warm and nurturing environment for children aged 4 months to 5 years.

One of the highlights of our center is our onsite chef who prepares daily nutritious meals to fill your child's little belly. We understand the importance of healthy eating in early childhood development and strive to provide well-balanced meals for your little ones.

We take pride in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all children. Our teachers know each child well and are responsive to their individual learning needs and strengths. We encourage children to make good friendships with their peers and support each other's play.

At Child’s Wonder, children have the opportunity to experience early literacy, mathematics, and sciences in our richly resourced environment. Our collaborative team works together to respond to children's different learning preferences and values their perspectives in program planning. We also place importance on children leading their own learning, fostering their independence and critical thinking skills.

Respect for biculturalism is evident in our center practices and environment. We integrate waiata, karakia, and te reo Māori into our program, and our staff continues to build their confidence and practice in these areas.

For older children, we provide opportunities for imaginative and creative play, allowing them to confidently share their ideas and support their younger peers. Our teachers skillfully ask questions that encourage critical thinking and problem-solving.

For our youngest learners, our provision for babies and toddlers is well-considered and nurturing. Our teachers are sensitive to their preferences and requirements, interacting with them in a calm and unhurried way to give them time and space to lead their learning.
