At the Gillian Moore School of Dance, we offer a wide range of dance classes including Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Tap, and Musical Theatre. Our well-equipped studios provide the perfect space for students to explore their creativity and develop their dance techniques.

Our primary goal is to instill self-confidence, grace, coordination, musicality, discipline, and an appreciation for the arts in our students. One of the highlights of our dance school is our annual dance production, where students have the opportunity to showcase their talent on stage. This event allows them to put their hard work into practice and experience the thrill of performing in front of a live audience.

To ensure the highest standard of training, we follow the esteemed Royal Academy of Dance Graded and Vocational examinations for Ballet, as well as the NZAMD Jazz, Tap, and Contemporary syllabus. Additionally, we offer BBO exams for those interested. While exams are encouraged, they are not compulsory, as we believe in fostering a love for dance rather than solely focusing on the end result.
