In recognition of the diverse needs of our clients, we also offer counseling services via Skype for those who are unable to attend in-person sessions. We believe that everyone deserves access to quality care, which is why our fees are reasonable and can be structured based on individual or couples' circumstances. Additionally, assistance with fees is available through WINZ funding for individuals with disabilities or low income.

To ensure a seamless experience, payment is due at the end of each session. We offer multiple payment options, including eftpos, cash, cheque, or direct banking with prior arrangement. Our bank details for direct banking are ANZ 06 0594 0125520 00.

In order to provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly request that cancellations be made by 5 p.m. on the day before your appointment. We greatly appreciate as much notice as possible when clients are unable to attend sessions. Please note that fees will be applicable for late cancellations or sessions that are not attended without prior notification, except in cases of unforeseen emergencies.
